dear kata and schmexy,
when all of my [wonderful] friends are in a group, i feel a lot of off-balance in equal-ness in everybody. because there are a lot of ppl who are left out or confused because there are too many inside jokes. I think its fine and funny for people to have inside jokes, but using them too much makes the not included people feel like they are being left out of everything. and i just want everybody to just feel equal in the group, not just one group doing everything. and some of them are kinda harsh when they tell people to be quiet or to stop fooling around. A nice and quiet stop would be more nicer. Nobody likes to be harshly scolded. if they always bother people, then its alright to use it. But if they only talk like one or twice, its not worth scolding. But what bugs me the most is that after they scold the person [person feeling hurt], they start doing what they scolded the person to stop doing a few minutes later. See the weirdness? Im not trying to point out fingers to any of my friends. i just wanted to let that out into the open. people talk to certain people all the time, not roaming around and talking to everybody. I think that is a bit unfair. Shouldn't you talk to everybody, not ignore the rest and just focus on people you always talk to? It creates a circle that the rest of the group feels excluded. So i think everybody needs to improve something. But there is always room for improvement =)
